Set directly on the beach, Barrier Beach Estate features four 3-Bedroom Deluxe Residences and one 2-Bedroom Deluxe Residence, all with absolute beach frontage and sweeping ocean views. Unlike Barrier Beach Resort, which is designed for guests aged 15 years and over, Barrier Beach Estate welcomes both children and adults, making it the ideal choice for families, small groups and friends travelling together. Each residence is sold on a per-house basis and offers generous space, privacy and upscale modern living.

Perfect for families and longer stays
Barrier Beach Estate has been created as the perfect upmarket family getaway in Santo. The 3-Bedroom Deluxe Residences accommodate up to 6 guests, while the 2-Bedroom Deluxe Residence accommodates up to 4 guests. Cots for infants can be added at no extra charge. A minimum stay of 4 nights applies, and for longer stays, residences are serviced every fourth night with fresh linen provided. Additional servicing can also be arranged on request.

Although Barrier Beach Estate offers the privacy and independence of a fully self-contained home, guests also enjoy access to the public facilities at nearby Barrier Beach Resort.
