Set directly on the beach, Barrier Beach Residences features four 3-Bedroom Luxury Villas and one 2-Bedroom Luxury Villa, all with absolute beach frontage and sweeping ocean views. Unlike Barrier Beach Resort, which is designed for guests aged 15 years and over, Barrier Beach Estate welcomes both children and adults, making it the ideal choice for families, small groups and friends travelling together. Each villa is available on a per-villa basis and offers generous space, privacy and upscale modern living.

Perfect for families and longer stays
Barrier Beach Residences has been created as the perfect upmarket family getaway in Santo. The 3-Bedroom Luxury Villas accommodate up to 6 guests, while the 2-Bedroom Luxury Villa accommodates up to 4 guests. Cots for infants can be added at no extra charge. A minimum stay of 4 nights applies, and for longer stays, residences are serviced every fourth night with fresh linen provided. Additional servicing can also be arranged on request.

Although Barrier Beach Residences offers the privacy and independence of a fully self-contained home, guests also enjoy priority access to the public facilities at nearby Barrier Beach Resort. This includes Waves Restaurant, the Lounge Bar, Moyyan Day Spa, and the Tour Desk, along with the support of the Barrier Beach Resort team, who remain on call to assist with guest requests throughout each stay.
